Using the tool

Fyloz provides browser-based tools to compress images to a chosen maximum file size, resize them to specified pixel dimensions, convert between JPG, PNG, and WebP, rotate or flip images, and add text watermarks. Fyloz also offers PDF tools to merge documents, extract or delete pages, split by ranges, rotate PDFs, add page numbers or text watermarks, and convert between images and PDF. These tools are provided for general convenience and may change, become temporarily unavailable, or fail on particular files or browsers.

Check your downloaded file

Always review the output before submitting it to another service. Compression can reduce image quality and dimensions and exports JPEG files, filling transparent areas with white. The resizing, conversion, rotate/flip, and watermark tools can export JPG, PNG, or WebP, depending on your selection; JPG fills transparent areas with white. Conversion to JPG may change image quality, and converting to PNG may increase file size. A file-size limit does not guarantee that a separate website will accept the file; that website may have additional format, dimension, or content requirements.

Your files and rights

You remain responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use the images you select. Fyloz does not claim ownership of your images.

No warranty

The tool is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that it will meet every requirement or be suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fyloz disclaims warranties and liability for loss arising from use of the tool. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Updates

These terms may be updated when the service changes. Continued use after an update means you are using the then-current version.
